1. No Refund Policy (Product-Based Limitations)

For quality assurance and product integrity, most products sold by Autokarts are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.

This includes:

LED Headlight Bulbs
Automotive lighting accessories
Electrical or electronic lighting components
Installed or used products

Once an order has been shipped or delivered, refunds will not be processed.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

We only offer replacement in the following cases:

✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Product damaged during shipping
✔ Manufacturing defect (as per warranty terms, if applicable)

To request a replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear unboxing video (mandatory)
Provide product images showing the issue
Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging

After verification, a replacement may be provided at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

4. Installation & Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct socket compatibility before purchase.
Improper installation or use in incompatible vehicles is not eligible for refund or replacement.
