1. No Refund Policy (Product-Based Limitations)
For quality assurance and product integrity, most products sold by Autokarts are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.

- Automotive lighting accessories
- Electrical or electronic lighting components
- Installed or used products
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, refunds will not be processed.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Product
We only offer replacement in the following cases:
✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Product damaged during shipping
✔ Manufacturing defect (as per warranty terms, if applicable)
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear unboxing video (mandatory)
- Provide product images showing the issue
- Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging
After verification, a replacement may be provided at our discretion.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
4. Installation & Compatibility Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring correct socket compatibility before purchase.
- Improper installation or use in incompatible vehicles is not eligible for refund or replacement.
